Welcome to Chislehurst Golf Club

Chislehurst Golf Club, founded in 1894, has an 18 hole course situated within 70 acres of beautiful parkland in the heart of Chislehurst in Kent and only 11 miles south east of central London.

The course is a truly demanding test of accuracy rather than length, challenging golfers of all abilities. Consistent with the design influences of the great Harry S Colt, it possesses a charm quite distinctively its own.

The jewel in Chislehurst Golf Club’s crown is its magnificent clubhouse, Camden Place.  Built around 1717 it was, for a while during the 1870s, home to Napoleon III, the Empress Eugenie and their son the Prince Imperial.

The clubhouse has three bars to accommodate golfers and more formal occasions alike and is available for private functions including wedding receptions, birthdays, anniversaries and other special celebrations.

The Course

The Course

The present layout is attributed to the legendary course designer Harry S Colt, adding his signature to the design of Easton Devonshire.  With an area of less than 70 acres,  accuracy has always been more important than distance from the tee.

Take the Tour

Chislehurst is a traditional members' club with excellent facilities. We currently have a limited number of vacancies for golf and social membership with favourable fees for younger players.
