Summer Ball Tasting 12th June


please produce both options for vegetarians for the summer ball, as info

they think it may be too "winter-y"

 

1.       Parmesan, spinach egg soufflé roulade filled with a rich chestnut

mushroom and tarragon filling

2.       Celeriac and pecan savoy cabbage parcel with a red pepper sauce
